Project Description
Odu’a Investment Company Limited Cocoa House is a commercial building located in Dugbe (Ibadan), a major commercial area in Ibadan, Oyo State. It is an imposing 26-storey building with a height of about 105 meters above the ground and a total land area of 3.26 hectares. An independent energy assessment was carried out by Protergia Energy to ascertain and evaluate the cumulative energy consumption for the Cocoa House, sketch building, and kokodome to provide the basis for transiting to more efficient energy usage. It provided recommendations through the following;
- Current total energy usage
- Energy optimization and transition plan
- Alternative energy sources available
- The cost-benefit of all energy options available.
